In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

These atrocities persist unchecked amid glaring international impotence and the absence of a decisive will to stop them and hold the perpetrators accountable,” Hamas said in a press release on Monday. “The enemy’s continued reliance on massacres, starvation, and widespread destruction as a means to subjugate our people is a strategy that has already failed over two years of relentless aggression, and it will fail again. Our resilient people, supported by their courageous resistance, will continue defending their land and rights by all available means. The occupation will be held accountable for its heinous crimes against our children, women, and innocent civilians,” Hamas added. “War criminal Netanyahu, wanted by the International Criminal Court, bears full responsibility for the fate of his captive soldiers in Gaza, and his criminal tactics of killing, bombing, and destruction will not succeed in securing their release,” the Movement underscored. *** 'Hamas: Netanyahu gov’t sabotaged ceasefire, prisoner exchange talks after assassination attempt in Doha Monday 15-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has accused the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of deliberately undermining ceasefire and prisoner exchange efforts, holding it fully responsible for an attempted assassination against the Movement’s negotiating delegation in Doha. In an urgent memorandum sent to Arab and Islamic foreign ministers, the UN, the African Union, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, 'Hamas detailed what it described as a “treacherous” Israeli attempt to assassinate its negotiators in the Qatari capital. According to the memo, delivered by senior Hamas official Mohammed Darwish, the assassination attempt came just one day after a Hamas delegation, including negotiators, met with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, who presented them with a new ceasefire proposal. The delegation was targeted on September 9, 2025, as they gathered to discuss the proposal. Israeli warplanes struck the home of Dr. Khaleel El-'Hayya, head of the negotiating team, killing his son Hammam, his office director Jihad Lubbad, three aides, and a member of the Qatari protective detail. Several family members were wounded, though the Hamas delegation itself survived. Hamas said the strike was a blatant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty as a mediator, and further evidence of Israel’s reliance on assassination and massacres to derail diplomacy. The Movement stressed that it had shown “maximum flexibility” to stop what it called the ongoing genocide against Palestinians, only for the Netanyahu government to repeatedly sabotage agreements with new conditions and targeted killings. The memo reminded international leaders that Israel walked away from the January 17, 2025, agreement and resumed attacks marked by mass killings, forced displacement, and starvation, despite Hamas’s compliance. It also recalled the assassination of Hamas leader Isma'eel Haniyya in Tehran earlier this year, despite Hamas having accepted a mediation proposal at the time. Hamas underscored that it is a democratically elected national liberation movement seeking freedom and independence for Palestinians, warning that attempts to classify its leaders as “military targets” were nothing more than justification for war crimes. It said the far-right Israeli government, “driven by apocalyptic visions,” is stoking extremism and terrorism across the region and the world. The Movement called on the international community to pressure Israel to end its genocide in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem, and to end what it described as Israel’s lawless impunity. Hamas urged Arab and Islamic states to isolate Israel politically and economically, pursue its leaders in international courts, and impose accountability for violations of sovereignty and international law. The statement reaffirmed that the Palestinian struggle aims to liberate occupied land, establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and secure the right of return for refugees. Meanwhile, Arab and Islamic foreign ministers began a closed-door session in Doha on Sunday evening, preparing for an emergency Arab-Islamic summit on Monday to address Israel’s attack in Qatar. Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majid al-Ansari said the summit will draft a joint declaration on the Israeli strike. “This summit at this particular moment carries deep meaning,” he said, adding that it reflects broad Arab and Islamic solidarity with Qatar against what he called Israel’s cowardly aggression targeting the residences of Hamas leaders, and a clear rejection of Israel’s state terrorism. *** Doha Summit: Aggression against Qatar, ongoing Israeli practices undermine regional peace opportunities DOHA, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – The emergency Arab-Islamic summit in Doha affirmed on Monday that the Israeli aggression against Qatar and incessant aggressive Israeli practices—including genocide, ethnic cleansing, starvation, siege, and colonization and expansionist policies—undermine any chances for peace in the region. The final statement of the summit stressed the need to stand against Israel’s plans to impose a new reality in the region, as this poses a direct threat to regional and international stability and security. It reiterated the condemnation of any Israeli attempts to displace the Palestinian people from their territory occupied since 1967 under any pretext, considering this a crime against humanity, a blatant violation of international law and humanitarian law, and a policy of ethnic cleansing that is totally and completely rejected. The summit emphasized the necessity of implementing the Arab-Islamic plan for reconstruction, in both its political and technical aspects. It stressed the urgency of commencing Gaza reconstruction, calling on international donors to provide the necessary support and encouraging them to actively participate in the Gaza reconstruction conference planned to be hosted in Cairo once a ceasefire is reached. The summit statement condemned Israel’s policies that have caused an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, where siege, starvation, and the banning of the entry of food and medicine are used as weapons of warfare against the Palestinian people, in a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. It emphasized that these practices constitute a full-fledged war crime, requiring urgent action from the international community to put an end to them and ensure the immediate, safe, and unrestricted entry of humanitarian aid to all parts of the occupied Palestinian territory. A.D./ K.F. *** UN experts: Israel’s financial stranglehold on the occupied Palestinian territory must end GENEVA, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – UN experts on Monday warned of the severe economic emergency and catastrophic harm to human rights stemming from Israel’s attacks on the Gaza strip and its wider financial stranglehold across the occupied Palestinian territory. “Economic life in Gaza has been decimated by sheer physical destruction, blockade and siege, and repeated forced displacement,” the experts said. They stressed that most commercial, agricultural and industrial assets have been damaged. Unemployment has surged to over 80 per cent. GDP has dramatically shrunk, and trade stalled. Poverty is endemic. Famine has been declared. “There is now a liquidity crisis in Gaza,” the experts said. Most banks and ATMs have been destroyed. Israel has blocked the inflow of new currency, with severe cash scarcity driving drastic cost-of-living inflation and a decline in the value of wages. Cooking oil prices rose by 1,200% and flour by 5,000% by mid-2025. Humanitarian workers are reportedly losing nearly 40 per cent of their salaries just to access their wages. Digital payments are impeded by electricity and telecommunications outages. “The disproportionate civilian harm caused by Israel’s blockade and siege violates international humanitarian law and the economic and social rights of Palestinians,” the experts said. “Israeli laws restricting UNRWA, and the suspension of its funding by the United States, have put thousands of jobs at risk and impede the vital humanitarian assistance that is even more critical due to Gaza’s economic collapse,” they said. The experts noted that the occupied West Bank is also under increasing financial strain. Israel has arbitrarily diverted and withheld tax revenues owed to the Palestinian Authority, preventing salary payments and undermining liquidity, in violation of the Oslo Accords. Work permits have been suspended for 100,000 Palestinian workers, slashing cash inflows that previously represented a quarter of all gross national income. “These measures exacerbate heavy economic losses from the illegal taking of land and the illegal exploitation of natural resources by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank,” the experts said. Commenting on Israel’s measures stifling the Palestinian economy, the UN experts said: “Cumulatively, these measures seriously violate Israel’s obligations to guarantee the human rights to an adequate standard of living, work, food, water, sanitation, health, life, and freedom from torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment,” the experts said. “They also violate Israel’s obligations as the occupying power to maintain economic life for the benefit of the population, and not to illegally expropriate property or exploit natural resources.” “These measures also impede the collective rights of the Palestinian people to economic self-determination, control over their natural wealth and resources, and development,” they said. “Israel must refrain from intervening in the State of Palestine through economic coercion and respect its sovereignty.” They called on Israel to “immediately lift the blockade and siege of civilians in Gaza, end violations of international humanitarian law, remove currency restrictions, restore cash flows, establish secure cash distribution systems, and facilitate digital payments.” They stressed that “Israel must also commit to the permanent renewal of the banking waiver in the occupied West Bank and stop holding Palestinian tax revenues to ransom.” They recalled that the International Court of Justice’s 2024 advisory opinion demanded that Israel bring its illegal occupation to an end as soon as possible. The General Assembly has given Israel a deadline of 17 September 2025. “The international community must act urgently to compel Israel to stop violating fundamental rules of international law, respect the economic rights of the Palestinian people, alleviate the humanitarian crisis and prevent financial collapse,” the experts said. K.F. *** UNRWA Chief: Israel bombs 10 agency buildings in Gaza, including schools and clinics NEW YORK, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, announced that in the past four days alone, Israel has struck 10 UNRWA buildings in Gaza City, including seven schools and two clinics currently serving as shelters for thousands of displaced people. In recent days, Israel began a campaign of gradual destruction of high-rise residential buildings in Gaza City, forcing more families into displacement under harsh and dire conditions. Human rights organizations warned that the goal is to forcibly displace residents southward, as part of a wider Israeli-American plan to displace them outside the Strip. Lazzarini added in a post on the organization's X that no place and no one is safe in Gaza City and its north, where the intensity of airstrikes is increasing, forcing more Palestinians to flee into the unknown. Commenting on the situation in Gaza City, he said, "We were forced to suspend healthcare at al-Shati refugee camp, the only one available north of Wadi Gaza, while vital water and sanitation services are now operating at only half capacity. The UN official continued, "In the past four days alone, 10 UNRWA buildings have been targeted in Gaza City," calling for an immediate ceasefire. Y.S. *** ****** Gaza: Hospitals receive 34 martyrs, death toll climbs to 64,905 martyrs GAZA, September 15, 2025 (PIC, WAFA) - During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of at least 34 civilians, as well as 316 people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Monday morning. The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 64,905, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 164,926 others have also been injured. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. Medical sources confirmed that since Israel broke its ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025, at least 12,354 civilians have been killed and 52,885 others have been injured. The sources indicated that, over the past 24 hours, three civilians have been killed and more than 47 others have been injured while attempting to receive humanitarian aid. This brings the total number of aid seekers killed in aid-related attacks to 2,497, with at least 18,182 others wounded. *** Israeli army continues to target, kill dozens of civilians in Gaza Monday 15-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Monday, to carry out intensive deadly strikes and target civilians in different areas of the Gaza Strip. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and tents and displace families across the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including a gunfire attack in al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis that killed a hearing-impaired woman and injured four others. Three people, including a couple, were also martyred in another shooting attack in al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis. Another citizen was martyred and others sustained injuries when an Israeli quadcopter dropped bombs on them near the Abdul-Al junction in Gaza City’s al-Jala street. The Israeli army also bombed al-Karam area in the north of Gaza City, massacring five civilians. 10 people, mostly children, sustained serious injuries following an Israeli strike on a street behind Capital Mall in the central district of Gaza City. Several booby-trapped armored vehicles were reportedly detonated in the morning at homes in different areas of Gaza City. The Israeli army also massacred at least 10 people and injured others when it bombed two houses in Gaza City’s al-Jala street. Several children from the family of Sobeih suffered injuries following an Israeli strike on a tent in Gaza City’s al-Rimal neighborhood. Six people were martyred, including three children, in an Israeli strike on another tent in the west of Gaza City. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. Meanwhile, dozens of people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near distribution points in separate areas of Gaza. Three people were also proclaimed dead due to starvation and malnutrition, while other Gazans were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks, according to Gaza’s health ministry today. *** Gaza: Dozens killed and injured by Israeli shelling across the Strip GAZA, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Dozens of citizens have been killed and injured since dawn on Monday by Israeli gunfire and continuous shelling across the Gaza Strip. They also reported that a number of citizens were killed and injured when Israeli warplanes bombed two homes in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood in the north. They also reported that one person was killed by Israeli army gunfire in the Al-Mughraqa area in the central Gaza Strip. Israeli artillery shelling continues north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp. According to medical sources, the death toll since dawn today has reached 17. On October 7, 2023, the occupying forces launched an assault on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 64,871 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 164,610 others. This is a preliminary toll, with a number of victims still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams. K.T. *** 28 Palestinians killed by Israeli airstrikes and gunfire since dawn GAZA, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 28 Palestinians were killed on Saturday by Israeli gunfire and airstrikes across various parts of the Gaza Strip since dawn, according to medical sources. Since the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) announcement, 147 fatalities linked to starvation have been recorded, including 30 children. Cases of malnutrition and starvation are arriving at Gaza’s hospitals every hour, with 900,000 children suffering from hunger, including 70,000 already suffering from acute malnutrition. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned that malnutrition among children under five has doubled between March and June as a result of the Israeli blockade on the Strip. According to local sources, the IOF shot dead a young worker after he tried to cross into Israel (1948 occupied Palestine) through the wall in al-Ram town and then detained his body. The martyr was identified as Sanad El-Hantouli, a worker from the town of Silat El-Dthahr, southwest of Jineen, in the northern occupied West Bank. The Red Crescent said that one of its ambulance crews received the martyr’s body from El-Dha'hiya area of Jerusalem and transferred him to Palestine Hospital in Ramallah City. Israel, an occupying power, prevents the development of an independent Palestinian economy by restricting imports, exports, industrial development and movement, and by taking over land reserves and other Palestinian resources. This leaves Palestinians with no possibility to make a substantial living within the West Bank and forces them to risk entering Israel to find daily jobs to support themselves and their families. *** Palestinian injured by IOFs gunfire near Toulkarm refugee camp Monday 15-September-2025 TULKAREM, (PIC) A Palestinian young man suffered a bullet injury on Sunday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at him near Tulkarem refugee camp, north of the West Bank. According to local sources, Israeli soldiers opened fire at a young man during his presence at the western entrance of Toulkarm refugee camp. The Red Crescent said that its paramedics evacuated a 27-year-old young from an area near the camp after he sustained a bullet injury in his leg. He was the second victim shot at the same location in the past 24 hours. For approximately 231 days, the IOF has prevented Palestinian families from returning to the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps near Toulkarm City, shooting anyone who attempts to enter. *** Israeli occupation forces kidnap workers in army crackdown on town south of Jineen Jineen, September 15, 2025, WAFA – Israeli occupation forces on Monday raided the town of Barta'a, southwest of Jineen, kidnapping a group of workers after storming homes and shops, according to the Barta'a municipality. The Barta'a municipality reported that Israeli forces stormed the town, searched several homes and shops, and kidnapped a group of workers, leading them to an unknown destination. Israeli military raids on the town, along with home searches and the kidnapping of workers, have become an almost daily routine, instilling fear among Palestinian residents, undermining their livelihoods, and disrupting everyday life, as part of the collective punishment enforced by the occupation forces across the West Bank. T.R. *** Several Palestinians kidnapped in IOFs raids across the West Bank Monday 15-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Monday morning. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped three citizens from their homes in the refugee camps of 'Askar and Balata. Last night, two young men were taken prisoner during an IOFs raid in Dair Jareer village, northeast of Ramallah. In Toulkarm, kidnappings were reported during an IOFs raid in the southern neighborhood of the city. 12 reported kidnappings. *** IOFs bar Palestinians from going to schools in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Monday 15-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) prevented Palestinian students and teachers from going to their schools in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), on Monday morning. According to media and local sources, Israeli forces prevented buses from transporting students from Shu'fat refugee camp in northern Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) to their schools. The sources said that hundreds of students from Shu'fat were held up in the morning at the entrance of the camp, where there is an IOFs checkpoint. In Toubas, Israeli occupation forces at the 'Hamra and Tayaseer checkpoints barred hundreds of teachers from reaching their schools. They also prevented buses from picking up students in the Bedouin areas of the northern Jordan Valley. The director of education in Toubas reported that dozens of students from Bedouin hamlets were waiting for their buses on main roads to transport them to their schools. In eastern Nablus, Israeli occupation soldiers intercepted students in Rujeib village as they were heading for their schools in the morning and forced them to stand by the roadside. Meanwhile, the IOFs closed the main entrance of Turmus Ayya town in northern Ramallah, which obstructed the movement of thousands of citizens. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque Monday 15-September-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)., (PIC) Scores of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), on Monday morning and later in the afternoon, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to local sources, dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers entered the Mosque today through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque. In a related development, IOFs placed cement blocks at the entrance to the village of Al-Funduq, east of Qalqilya. Local sources told WAFA that IOFs stormed the village of Al-Funduq and deployed along the main street in its center. They placed cement blocks at the entrance to the village, obstructing the movement of citizens and their vehicles. K.T. *** Israeli bulldozers level large tracts of Palestinian farmland near Toulkarm Toulkarm, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli bulldozers began wide-scale land leveling operations on Palestinian lands west of the city of Toulkarm, adjacent to the illegal colony of Bait Hefer. WAFA correspondent said that this escalation came in implementation of the Israeli occupation army's decision issued Sunday to level and seize approximately 200 dunams of Palestinian-owned land. The order claims that this decision was made to create a buffer zone to protect the Bait Hefer colony, built on northern Toulkarm lands and surrounded by the racist separation and expansion wall erected by the occupation in 2002. The targeted lands extend along the western line of the city toward the Shuwaika plain to the north. They include areas of agricultural land owned by citizens, in addition to other areas classified as "government land" according to the occupation's classification. Maps attached to the order mark the confiscated zones in red, with access barred to Palestinians once the bulldozing is complete. The Toulkarm Agriculture Directorate told WAFA that the seized area amounts to 200 dunams, distributed across five basins, three of which are from the Qaqoun basin and two from Toulkarm. The Directorate affirmed that all of the lands are located adjacent to the apartheid separation wall and include 40 dunams planted with olive trees and various fruit trees, and 160 dunams of open-field cultivation. This measure is part of the occupation's policy aimed at expanding colonial control and seizing agricultural land, threatening the livelihoods of dozens of farmers in and around Toulkarm. They said that Israeli troops have recently intensified the installation of such gates at the entrances to villages and towns surrounding the city of Jerusalem in recent days. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the number of checkpoints and iron gates installed by the occupation army in the West Bank has reached more than 900, including 18 iron gates erected since the beginning of 2025. In the meantime, around 146 iron gates were installed by the occupation after October 7, 2023. Sali'h 'Amarna, head of the village council, told WAFA that the IOF erected an iron gate at the entrance to the village, midway between the Jineen and Toulkarm governorates. He added that the entrance where the gate was erected connects the villages of Zabda, Al-Khaljan, Dthahr El-'Abd, Khirbet Mas'oud, and Qaffeen, all the way to Toulkarm. He added that the gate will affect approximately 7,000 residents of these towns and villages. This brings the total number of military gates installed since October 7, 2023, to 243, including changes to the layout of some military checkpoints in the West Bank. Y.S. *** Israel to demolish five Palestinians’ dwellings south of El-Khaleel (Hebron) El-Khaleel (Hebron), September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday handed demolition notices against five dwellings in Masafir Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank city of El-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local activist. Osama Makhamra said that the occupying forces barged their way into Khirbet Lasefar, one of the hamlets making up Masafir Yatta, and handed demolition notices against five dwellings, all belonging to members of the Abu Qubeita family. Meanwhile, Israeli colonists released their livestock into Palestinians’ cultivated land in the Masafir Yatta localities of Ighzaiwa, Mara'h El-Batya, Shi‘b El-Butum, TEl Ma‘een, and Qwaiwis, destroying trees and crops. They also destroyed the main power line supplying electricity to Umm El-Khair village. Masafir Yatta is made up of 19 hamlets, which rely heavily on animal husbandry as the main source of livelihood. Located in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli administrative and military control, the area has been subjected to repeated Israeli violations by colonists and soldiers targeting their main source of living - livestock. It has been designated as a closed Israeli military zone for training since 1980s and accordingly referred to as Firing Zone 918. Israeli violations against the area include demolition of animal barns, homes and residential structures. Issuance of construction permits by Israel to local Palestinians in the area is non-existent. K.F. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Endowments Ministry rejects occupation's decision to seize Ibraheemi Mosque's courtyard roof RAMALLAH, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs rejected on Monday the Israeli occupation's decision to seize the roof of the Ibraheemi Mosque’s inner courtyard. The Ministry affirmed in a press statement that this decision is unacceptable because it undermines the mosque's historical and heritage status and infringes upon the exclusive powers it is vested with. It added that its powers include the right to carry out all necessary renovations and repairs at the mosque, including the section that the occupation authorities have taken over. It stressed that it will not accept any reduction or infringement of its powers by the occupation, noting that the Ibraheemi Mosque is inscribed on the World Heritage List and recognized by human rights organizations, most notably UNESCO, which has stipulated that none of its features should be altered. Therefore, the Ministry said, no changes to its landmarks can be made in any way. The Ministry appealed to UNESCO and the United Nations to intervene, saying the mosque’s protection is tied to preserving Hebron’s identity and Palestinian rights over their sacred sites. In February, the occupation authorities had already shifted administrative powers over the mosque from the Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and Hebron’s municipality to an illegal settler religious body in the nearby colony of Kiryat Arba. In 2017, UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee recognized the Ibraheemi Mosque as a Palestinian heritage site. A.D./ K.F. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime issues decision to seize roof of the inner Ibraheemi Mosque courtyard Hebron, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission revealed that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime issued a decision to seize the roof of the inner courtyard of the Ibraheemi Mosque in the city of Hebron. The expropriation order, issued on Monday, stipulates the seizure of an area of 288 square meters of the designated roof. The head of the commission, Mu-ayyad Sha'ban, said that Israel is thus embarking on a gradual and escalating trend of targeting religious sites in a manner that violates all norms, particularly the transfer of authority for work in the Ibraheemi Mosque in February 2025 from the Palestinian Ministry of Endowments to the so-called "Civil Planning Authority." This was followed by a decision on July 20, 2025, withdrawing supervisory authority from the Hebron Municipality and transferring it to the Religious Council in the Kiryat Arba settlement, to manage parts of the Mosque and implement structural changes to the Mosque. Sha'ban emphasized that this decision, which coincides with the transfer of supervisory powers from the Palestinian Waqf and the Hebron Municipality to colonial authorities, consolidates an approach based on undermining Islamic religious authority over the Ibraheemi Mosque and legitimizing direct colonial interference in the management of its facilities and buildings. It also isolates the Mosque from its Palestinian surroundings and links it administratively and security-wise to colonial councils. He emphasized that these policies clearly violate international humanitarian law and UNESCO resolutions that consider the Ibraheemi Mosque a World Heritage Site in Danger. These steps constitute a full-fledged colonial crime. Sha'ban called on the international community, primarily UNESCO and the United Nations, to assume their responsibilities in protecting the Ibraheemi Mosque and preventing the occupation from imposing new Judaization facts. He also affirmed that defending the Ibraheemi Mosque is a defense of Hebron's identity and heritage, and of the Palestinian people's right to administer their holy sites and protect their religious and cultural sovereignty. K.T. *** Spanish artists commemorate names of Gaza children killed by Israel MADRID, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Spanish artists read out the names of 18,500 Palestinian children killed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip, in a symbolic act to honor their memory. The event, held for the second time in the streets of Madrid, lasted nearly 12 hours, during which the names of more than 18,500 children killed in Gaza were read aloud. After each name, the audience responded with the word “killed.” T.R. *** Christian Americans and Palestinians, in Chicago, gather in denunciation of Gaza genocide CHICAGO, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – A number of Christian Americans and Palestinians have recently organized a series of events in the United States denouncing the Gaza genocide. Speaking at the “Christ at the Crossroads” conference held in Glen Ellyn, a town in the suburbs of Chicago, at least 550 Christians of all denominations, many of whom had Palestinian keffiyehs draped across their shoulders, stressed the need to move beyond sympathy and prayer toward taking concrete steps to support the Palestinian people and to stop Israel’s unrelenting genocidal aggression in the Gaza Strip. Israel has been waging an ongoing genocidal aggression on Gaza since October 2023, killing at least 64,905 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 164,926 others. The three-day event, intended to “move American Christians from feeling bad about the war in Gaza to taking action to end it,” featured several Palestinian Christian speakers, including 25-year-old Lydia El-Sayegh, theologian Daniel Bannoura, Anton Tony Deik, a Palestinian Christian in Bolivia, and Munther Isaac, a Lutheran pastor based in the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem. In his intervention before the conference, Bannoura said that because America has supported Israel’s military operations in Gaza, being passive is not an option. “If you are not doing anything, you are doing something,” he said. “If you are in the U.S., then you are complicit.” In his remarks, Isaac said: “Despite the overwhelming evidence, this genocide continues to be supported, justified, and even denied by some in the church.” “The church is complicit,” he added, to shouts of “yes!” from the audience. “Christian Zionism presents a tribal, violent, exclusionary God, let's call it for what it is,” he continued. “It has replaced Jesus with a secular, genocidal state”. The Red Letter Christians booth is handing out big stickers that say, “God loves Gaza”. Meanwhile, the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs welcomed such a Christian initiative in the United States, noting that it represents the voice of human conscience and aligns with the committee’s continuous calls to support the Palestinian people, protect Christian and Islamic holy sites, and work earnestly to end the occupation and achieve justice and peace. K.F. *** Over 80 NGOs urge global ban on trade with Israeli colonies in occupied Palestinian territories RAMALLAH, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – More than 80 international non-governmental organizations, including Oxfam and the Human Rights Association, called on Monday for states and companies, particularly European ones, to end all forms of business dealings with Israeli colonies established in the occupied Palestinian territories. This came in a joint report titled "Trade with Illegal Settlements: How Foreign States and Companies Enable Israel to Implement its Illegal Settlement Policy," co-authored by organizations such as the Human Rights Association and Oxfam. The report emphasized that the continued involvement of foreign companies and institutions in settlement- related activities exacerbate the humanitarian crisis resulting from the long-term Israeli occupation. It also highlighted a number of European companies that contribute to supporting the economy of the settlements by selling their products in Israel. The report called on states, particularly the European Union members and the United Kingdom, to impose an explicit ban on any commercial or investment activity related to the settlements, including the provision of services and financing. It also called for financial institutions to be banned from providing loans to companies involved in projects within the settlements. This report follows a previous report submitted last July by Francesca Albanese, the Special Rapporteur on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, to the UN Human Rights Council. Albanese's report, titled "From an Economy of Occupation to an Economy of Genocide," revealed that foreign companies contribute to the Israeli settlement enterprise through the forced displacement of Palestinians and their replacement with settler populations. The UN rapporteur emphasized that these activities are financed by banks and insurance companies, while tourism platforms, large retail chains, and academic institutions participate in the normalization process. Albanese affirmed, have the power to hold such companies accountable through their purchasing choices.
